3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

5. Subscription and Payments

5.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.

5.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new prices.

You can export your family tree data at any time in GEDCOM format, ensuring you always have access to your information.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

11.1 Service Availability

We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G & D Enterprises Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11.3 Data Loss

While we implement backup systems, we recommend maintaining your own backups of important data. We are not liable for data loss.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless G & D Enterprises Inc from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to paid features will cease
• You can export your data within 30 days
• We will delete your account data per our retention policy

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where G & D Enterprises Inc is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and G & D Enterprises Inc regarding the Service.
